What to Expect

High Cheese is a playful reinterpretation of high tea where cheese takes centre stage. Expect three tiers of imaginative sweet and savoury creations crafted around carefully selected cheeses, from alpine classics and creamy bries to delicate goat’s cheese, paired with wines from Punt Road Wines.

Located on Richmond’s Swan Street, Supercheese sources exceptional cheeses from artisan producers across Australia and beyond. Together with cheesemonger Jeremy Spradbery, each cheese is selected for its provenance and character.

Paired with Punt Road Wines

Each High Cheese experience includes one glass of Punt Road Wines, carefully selected to complement the flavours of the menu. Guests can further elevate the experience with optional wine flights and bottle upgrades available at the time of booking.
