- Fig, goat's cheese and caramelized onion focaccia gratin (CD, V)
SWEET
- Mango tiramisu with savoiardi biscuit, mascarpone mousse and mango coulis (CD, P)
- Hazelnut and mandarin cream puff with Callebaut chocolate, hazelnut praline and mandarin cremeux (CD, P, CN)
- Summer peach and apricot tart with white peach bavarois (CD, P, CN)
- Lychee and blueberry chiffon roll with summer berry whipped ganache (CD, P)

Embrace the excitement of the Australian Open with an impeccable tennis-themed high tea. Served with a Summer Spritz cocktail, unlimited Vittoria coffee blends, loose-leaf tea.
