    High Tea Event Package

    Take your high tea experience to the next level with our exquisitely themed high tea parties. 

    With the ever growing popularity of bridal shower high teas and baby shower high teas, The Westin Melbourne is delighted to offer private parties serving up irresistible sweet and savoury delights in an elegant setting. 

    Themed high teas are $85 per person including unlimited coffee, tea, herbal infusions, styled tables, chair covers and sashes. Include free-flowing Chandon sparkling wine for a duration of two hours for an additional $20 per person. 

    Make your day extra special with a decadent dessert buffet for an additional $26 per person which includes:
    Custom embossed cookies / Decorated glitter/pearl/gold dipped strawberries / Meringue kisses / Rose gold love heart mille feuille / Apple and cinnamon doughnuts

    Bookings can be accommodated in the Lobby Lounge or one of our private function areas, including The Library and the elegant Wine Room.

    Prices start from $59 per person and groups of more than 25 guests receive a discounted rate plus complimentary high tea for the host.

    Specific dietary requirements can be catered for. Bookings are essential. Private event spaces are available upon request and room hire fees apply.

    Our 8 meeting rooms and 3 dining options boasting magnificent city views can be the perfect setting for your meeting or conference. We are passionate about turning your vision into reality. Whether you are hosting 25 executives for a corporate meeting or 160 friends for a celebration, our event specialists can assist you with every detail to ensure your event runs successfully and your guests leave feeling better than when they arrived.

    Westin I & II
    Located on level one, Westin I & II are our most versatile rooms allowing us to cater for all kinds of events. These rooms are identical in size at 66 square metres and can accommodate up to 70 guests and can be combined to create Westin III for larger events. Sweeping views over the city and a private outdoor terrace make these rooms an ideal venue for your conference, formal dinner or cocktail reception right in the heart of the city.
    Westin III
    The largest of our conference rooms, the Westin Room III, boasts 131 square metres of stylish contemporary space, which can be adapted to suit a classroom, cabaret, banquet or cocktail set up and can accommodate up to 150 guests in a theatre style. Just like the Westin I and II, the Westin III affords Melbourne city views and opens out to a private outdoor terrace for an enchanting cocktail reception, formal dinner or business conference.
    Westin IV
    Flooded with natural light and overlooking the city, the stylish Westin Room IV is the perfect space for a small to medium sized conference or event. Boasting 66 square meters of floor space and 3 metre high ceilings, Westin Room IV can be adapted to accommodate boardroom, theatre or classroom style functions and cocktail parties for up to 70 guests.
