Native ingredients take centre stage across three tiers, with highlights including yellowfin tuna with mountain pepperberry and finger lime, a lamington-inspired dessert with lemon myrtle, white chocolate and mango, and freshly baked scones with muntries and rosella. Continue the journey with Native Cocktails showcasing wattleseed, lemon myrtle and finger lime, all enjoyed within the inviting surrounds of the Lobby Lounge in the heart of Melbourne.
