High Cheese 2026 invites you into a chef-led experience by Executive Chef Apoorva Kunte, where exceptional cheeses are transformed into a refined three-tier journey of sweet and savoury creations.

In collaboration with Supercheese and renowned cheesemonger Jeremy Spradbery, each cheese has been carefully selected for its provenance, character, and quality, before being reinterpreted through Apoorva's creative lens.

The experience is elevated further with a curated wine pairing from Punt Road Wines, bringing balance, depth, and a true celebration of local craftsmanship to every tier.

From 26 May To 17 October, join Executive Chef Apoorva Kunte for an elevated, chef-led experience at Allegro that infuses exceptional cheeses throughout a refined three-tier journey.

With renowned cheesemonger Jeremy Spradbery, each of the cheeses are meticulously sourced for its exceptional provenance and character before being artfully reimagined through Apoorva’s innovative culinary lens.
